The United States Probation Pretrial Services Office for the District of Montana is soliciting proposals for fiscal year 2024.  Please see service areas below for specific solicitation information and requirements:

Drug Testing Collection Procedures and Substance Use Treatment required services may include, but are not limited to, urinalysis collection, assessments, substance abuse cognitive based counseling (individual and group) and Residential Treatment.

Sex Offender Treatment required services may include, but are not limited to, sex offense-specific evaluations, counseling (individual, group, and polygraphs).

Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show: (1) they can provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, (2) such services will be provided by a professional meeting the criteria required, and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged to the vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. Please note those instances wherein multiple counties are referenced as a catchment area, the vendor must only have one site somewhere within one of the counties identified as the catchment area.

All proposals must be received no later than August 25, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. All proposals must be signed and emailed to jr_waller@mtp.uscourts.gov. A copy of the Competitive Purchase Orders, Clauses and Terms of Agreement, should be retained by the vendor for their files.
