The U. S Pretrial Services & Probation Office for the District of Montana procures treatment services for substance abuse, mental health and sex offender services for their defendants and offenders who are ordered by the court to participate in those services.  Our goal is to provide the necessary services in a fiscally responsible manner to help reduce recidivism and risk to the community, and make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

Licensed/certified psychiatrists, psychologists, or masters-level counselors, clinicians, and other professionals in the community provide treatment under an agreement with the United States Courts. These treatment providers meet the standards of practice established by their state’s professional regulatory board.
